He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Hood Ebert and Lloyd Ebert, Jr.; his sister Lana Sue; and his grandparents, Lloyd, Letha Ebert (Ide), Floyd and Florence Hood (Bair).
He is survived by: his wife Barb McCullough; his sons, Joshua Ebert (Staci) and Michael Ebert (Tashina Bradford); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Marcus, Jacob, Jarod, Jaelea and Dacey; his brothers, Jerry and Dan; his nieces and nephews, Cory Ebert (Amy), Matthew (Christina McCullough), Greg McCullough, Madison Maphies (Patrick), Kylie, Ciara and Michelle McCullough; and his great-nephews, Brendan and Colby Ebert.
