She is survived by: her son Bradford Settles of Bushnell; her grandchildren, Kaiser Keithley (Sharon), Daphne Keithley (Stella), Brynna Keithley and Lauren Settles; her great grandchildren, Josiah and Maddie; and her siblings, William "Mike" Worthington Jr. of Havana, IL, Jeff Worthington (Lucy) of Phoenix, AZ and Pam Weaver of Decatur, IN..

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Bushnell VFW.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bushnell Rescue Squad.
