She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Carlos and Georgia Jayne Treadway (Westerfield); her husband Clarence E. "Junior" Sinnett Jr.; and her brothers, Charles Lee Treadway, Carl Lewis Treadway, Perry Carlos Treadway Jr. and Luther Elliott (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, Perry Eugene Sinnett (Nancy) of Prairie City, IL, Ruth Jayne Birdsell of Checkrow, IL, Daniel Ray Sinnett (Tammy) of Avon, IL and Charles Lewis "Chuck" Sinnett of Checkrow, IL; her grandchildren, Gina Gregory, Holly Sinnett, Jessica Foutch (Bill), April Field, Jason Sinnett (Suzie), Jamie Derry (Josh), Jodie Schisler (Eric) and Kyle Borchardt (Shelby); and her brother James Dale Treadway (Deb) of Bushnell, IL.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
