She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Fisher and Edith Fisher (Smith); her husband Ennis "Jim" Bartlett; her daughter Marsha Bartlett; and her siblings, Loretta Barker, Robert, Charlie and Jerry Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Powell (David), John Bartlett (Stacey) and Michael Bartlett; her grandchildren, Heather Powell, Ashley Powell (Steve Wallace), Jennifer Hood (Justin), Jason Bartlett (Sherrie Ramirez), Matthew Bartlett (Britney), MacKenzie and Mollee Bartlett; and her great grandchildren, Haley (Andy), Sarah, Audrey, Maverik, Sophia, Boston, Katelyn, Kelsey, RJ, Josh, Mildred and Bonnie Fisher.
