He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Weaver and Irene Weaver (Curtis); his wife Louise F. Stockman; his stepmother Nancy Weaver (Noper); his son Kenneth E. Weaver; his brother Ronald Weaver; his stepsister Sue Gilmore; his niece Brenda Weaver; and his nephew Cory Twait.
He is survived by: his son Michael Weaver of Costa Mesa, CA; his grandchildren, Courtney Abbott (Christopher) of Bushnell, IL and John Weaver (Krystal) of Macomb, IL; and his great grandchildren, Xandar and Quinton Weaver.
