He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Robert and Velma Jeanette Kugler (Jackson); and his siblings, Robert Kugler and Karen Creasey. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Little; his children, Diane Eakins of Macomb, IL and Timothy Kugler (Lee) of Sturgis, SD; and his grandchildren, Brandon Kugler, Rebecca Hamilton (Scott), Sarah Moyer (Jason), Jeffrey Dixon (Virginia) and Danielle Norton (Jesse). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
