He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward and Betty Howell of Bushnell. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Howell and Kathy Howell (Agans); his sister Becca Howell of Bushnell; his nieces and nephews, Braden Lewis, Kallie English and Parker Howell; and his grandmother Betty Agans of Bushnell, IL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
