We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 91, Joseph Emanuel Francis of Bushnell, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace L. Francis (Custer) and Ray Francis; his wife Mary; his daughter Melanie Francis; his siblings, Bettie Isonhart, William, Robert, Ray Francis and Rosie Bristow; and his son-in-law David VanNatta.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marijo Eisbrenner (Eric), Rhonda VanSpeybroeck (Steven), Cheryl Speer (Greg) and Lisa Francis VanNatta; and his siblings, Alric Miller (Roberta), James Miller and Daisy Corbett (Lloyd). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
