He was predeceased by: his brothers, James, Jerome, Woodrow and Russell Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Ilene Schleich; his children, Claudia Moss (Terry) of Canton, IL and Jonalyn Heaton (Gary) of Monmouth, IL; his grandchildren, Andrea Moss, Eric Moss (Amanda), Alison Clark (Josh) and Olivia Logan (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Ethan, Grady, Conner and Bennett.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bushnell First Presbyterian Church, Bushnell Public Library, Betty's Garden at Courtyard Estates of Bushnell, or the Lawson Scholarship Fund at Monmouth College.
