She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stark and Minnie Darlene Stark (Willhite); her husband Leon T. Lowe; and her sister Rose Abernathy. She is survived by: her children, Heather Mack (Josh Lafary) of Macomb, Mindy Owens of Bushnell, Lisa Lowe of Macomb, Leon T. Lowe II of Roseville and Mary Ann Hulsey of Abingdon; and her sister Cinda Stansbury of Monmouth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
