He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ebert and Marilyn Ebert Jr. (Hood); and his siblings, Randy (Wrink), Dan Ebert and Lana Ebert.
He is survived by: his son Cory Ebert (Amy) of Kensington; his grandchildren, Brendan and Colbe Ebert; and his sister-in-law Barb Ebert of Bushnell, IL.
