He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Lynn and Patricia Ann Cooper (Rodman); and his sister Diane Cooper. He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Hall of Bushnell; his children, Lucas Cooper (Caitlin) of Bushnell and Chole Cooper (Joshua) of Oklahoma; his granddaughter Everly Hayes; and his siblings, Elizabeth Patterson (Rendon) of Monmouth, William Cooper of Canton, Terry Cooper (Jenny) of Lewistown and Kathy Foutch of Macomb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Jack Cooper Memorial Fund.
