It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Gene Carpenter of Bushnell, Illinois, born in Avon, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Carpenter and Geraldine Carpenter (Markley); his brother Danny Carpenter; and his great grandchild Hunter Rockhold. He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Faught; his children, Erica Graham of Bushnell, IL, Matthew Carpenter (Paula) of Marquette Heights, IL and Heather McCann (Brian) of Bushnell, IL; his siblings, Marilyn Ferguson (Bill) of Versailles, IL, Marge Paul of Camdenton, MO, Edwin Carpenter (Mauricia) of Paso, WA and Wronda Carpenter of Gibbon, NE; and his stepbrothers, Philip Seymore of Iowa and Donny Green of Havana, IL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
