She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Maude Smith (Carpenter); and her siblings, Fred, Dolores Smith, Betty (Smith), Bill Mack, Mary (Smith) and Bill Pieper.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Campbell), Larry Pratt of Tennessee, IL, Mark Campbell of Wentzville, MO, Karen (Campbell) and Steve Carter of Tennessee, IL; and her grandchildren, Jason Polk, Ashley Barnd and Timothy Walters. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
