He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Chapman and Leona Chapman of Bushnell; his daughter Deborah; and his brothers, Jerry and Ronald.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Chapman (Hite); his daughter Teresa Chapman of Normal; and his siblings, Evelyn McCormick (Merle) of New Philadelphia, Donna Wells (Paul) of Ellisville, Shirley Weaver (late Ron) of Bushnell and Larry Chapman (Rita) of Bushnell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.
