She is survived by: her sons, Randy Jo Worthington of Galesburg, IL and Jeremy Worthington of Winston Salem, NC; her grandchildren, Faith Worthington and Abby Pedigo; her great grandchildren, Kensley Pedigo and Ronin Horkstrom; and her siblings, Debra Buck (James) of Maquon, IL and Merlin Worthington (Lori) of Bushnell, IL..
