With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty R. Theobald of Bushnell, Illinois, born in Potter, Kansas, who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty R. Theobald to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Highfill and Mary Carley Highfill (Cleavinger); her husband Bill; and her siblings, Joe, George, Lyle Highfill and Hattie Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Greg Theobald (Karen) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Anne Theobald (Nathan Kieso) of Milwaukee, WI and John Theobald of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sister Martha Parrett of Leavenworth, KS; and her sister-in-law Marguerite Theobald of Bushnell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bushnell United Methodist Church or the Bushnell-Prairie City School Backpack Program to help provide food for children.
