Lynn M. Johnson Obituary

Lynn M. Johnson, of Burr Ridge, IL, age 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 4, surrounded by her children.

Lynn was preceded in death by her cherished, devoted husband and best friend, Noel C. Johnson; and loving parents, Daniel H. and Frances T. Mowat. Lynn is survived by her beloved children, Kirsten Johnson, Reid (Jean Scott) Johnson, Lauren Johnson, and Curt Johnson; dear brother Dr. Bruce (Grace) Mowat; many nieces and nephews; and countless, treasured friends.

Lynn's greatest joy in life was to love and care for her family. She was active in numerous community activities throughout her life, including as an involved parent with PTA and school activities, Chapter President of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, co-founder of the Badman Theater Company of Clarendon Hills, Deacon at Community Presbyterian Church of Clarendon Hills, and active participant with the KB Adorables at King-Bruwaert in Burr Ridge.

Memorial Service Friday, November 19th, 5:00 p.m. at Sullivan Funeral Home Hinsdale, 60 S. Grant St., Hinsdale, IL 60521. Private Family Interment at Bronswood Cemetery, Oak Brook, IL.
