He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline Rygie and Amel M. Marciniak. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy; his children, Lauren Cushard (Trevor) and Stephanie Marciniak; his sister Linda Cuff (John); and his friends, Michael Drysch and Jan Ward.
