It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leonard Brennan of Burr Ridge, Illinois, born in Elmhurst, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Lyon Brennan of Burr Ridge, Illinois. and Edward Allan Brennan; his parents-in-law, Barbara Brady McLellan and John Kane McLellan; his sister Linda Thode; his nephews, Marshall Brennan and Michael Lisnow; and his niece Amy Lisnow.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Kelly Powell (Geoff) and Jack Brennan; his grandson Kane Powell; his siblings, Cindy Walls (John), Sharon Lisnow, Ed Brennan (Debbie) and Don Brennan (Kim); and his sisters-in-law, Babs Herman (Jeff) and Karan Stockett (Andy). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center, 112 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748.
