She is survived by: her children, Betty Ann Perek (Ben) and Donald Yurik (Ann); her grandchildren, David Yurik (Rose), Lisa Shelly (Keith), Debbie Yurik, Laura Gertsmeier (Jon), Leslee Mezan (Steve) and Paul Yurik; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Yurik, Bryan Yurik, Jacob Shelly, Zachary Yurik, Andrew Shelly, Luke Gertsmeier, Olivia Mezan, Abby Gertsmeier, Mia Yurik, Ryan Gertsmeier and Avery Mezan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
