He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Hafley and Rita Hafley Sr. (Cummings); his wife Debbie Michael; and his brothers, Bob Hafley and Rich Hafley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Harris (Edward) of Bureau and Amanda Stewart (Mike) of Princeton; his sisters, Ruth, Rita, Barb and Delores; his grandchildren, Michelle Aden (Jacob), Courtney Harris, Alyssa, Lincoln, Abby and Natalie Stewart; and his nephew Tommy Lucas. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
