He is survived by: his wife Anna Szuba; his children, Krystyna Chlebek (Stanley) and Stanislaw Szuba (Stanislawa); his grandchildren, Bartlomiej, Michael, Daniel, Amanda, Renee, Matthew, Krzysztof, Anna, Piotr and Pawel; and his great grandchildren, John, James and Zofia.
