She was predeceased by: her husband Tony Plazibat; her grandmother Marie V. Williams; her mother Jeanne Harwey; and her sister Kathy Czajkowski (Brian Woodworth). She is survived by: her son Joshua Sligar; her stepchildren, Sandy Herman (Leo) and Tony Plazibat (Shannon); her grandchildren, Nick, Lexi, Violet, Anthony and Stella; and her siblings, Karen Sisley (Larry), Maureen Giglio (Rich), Tom Harwey (Cyndie), Patty Filicicchia (Mike) and Joan Waller (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Lighthouse Hospice for their compassionate care and request that in lieu of flowers, donations in Sharon's memory be sent to Lighthouse Hospice in Joliet, IL.
