He was predeceased by: his spouse Dorothy Boylan; his sibling Bernadette Kolar; and his parent Peter J.. He is survived by: his child Judy Boylan; his siblings, Audrey Skibinski, Patricia Boylan and Shirley Boylan; his parent Anna L. Boylan; and also Kohlman.
