She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Ann Delia and Karen; her grandchildren, Thomas Chinske, John Forlenza (Katie), Mary Melia (Augie), Michael Mrozek (Sarah) and Robert Mrozek (Gina); her great grandchildren, Spencer, Cole Chinske, Vito Melia, Gracie, Gianna, Anthony, Dean Forlenza, Natalie and Jacob Mrozek; and her sister Grace Polarek (late Ervin).
