He is survived by: his wife Carmela; his children, Carey Garcia (George), Kelly and Michael Jr. Noe (Mallori); and his siblings, Thomas Noe (Linda), Patricia Silvia (Sam), Debra Rosales (Jose) and Frank Noe (Daniela).
