She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Mestan; her grandparents, Florence, George Lukaszewski, Michelina and Anton Mestan; and her godfather Victor Mestan.

She is survived by: her son Maxwell Mader; her mother Debra Mestan; her aunts and uncles, Kerry and Diane Lukaszewski; her godmother Luann Gunia; and her godson Tyler Tischer.

In lieu of Flowers donations to the Diabetes Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
