She is survived by: her children, Roger, Larry (Susan), Linda and Nancy Brennan (Jim); her grandchildren, Brandi (Chris), Natalie, Jessica, Christopher, Ashley and Brooke; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Makayla, Madilyn and Mariah; and her siblings, Frank Host, Theresa Martin, Patricia Barnes (late Bill) and John Host Jr. (late Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Alzheimer's Disease would be appreciated.
