He is survived by: his children, Mary Kay Ortiz (Gelasio) and Joanne Neubauer (Mark); his grandchildren, Lisa Zambole (Chris), Jessica Burtch and Nicole McElroy (Tom); and his great grandchildren, Kenny, Cameron, Christopher, Noah and Bryce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
