She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoffman and Anna Mae Quick (late John); and her sister Kathleen Anderson (Roy). She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Thomas Graca (Clare), JoLynn Tweedie (Jason), Mark Graca (Laura), Scott Graca (Courtney Crowder) and Ryan Graca (Mandy); her grandchildren, Adam, Zoe, Jordan Graca, Matthew, Ava Tweedie, J. R. Graca, Clark Graca, Kacey and Griffin Graca; and her sister Betty Manna (Frank).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (14327 Highland Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
