She was predeceased by: her child Mary Elizabeth; and her sibling Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Nina and Anthony (Tammy); her significant other Gerald; her siblings, Shirley, Samuel, Jack, Betty, Catherine (Kitty) and Rodney; and her grandchildren, Brian, Nicole, Anthony Jr., Jakob, Jianna and Gabriella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to Joliet Area Community Hospice, 250 Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431 would be appreciated.
