He is survived by: his wife Amelia Dabicci; his children, Michael Phelps (Lynda) of Merrionette Park, Jean Matyskiel (Robert) of Bridgeview, Margaret Abel of Sun Prairie, WI, Mildred David (Michael) of Zeeland, MI, Dorothy Rosier (John) of Lemont and Wallace Phelps (Jonna) of Bridgeport; his sons-in-law, Mark Klein and Joseph Berardi; his grandchildren, Michelle Panico (Nick), Kimberly Phelps, Ryan Phelps (Paige), Michael Lynch (Amanda), Jonathan Klein (Jamie), Frank Klein (Perin), Paul Lipka, Lucas Phelps and Amelia Phelps; his great grandchildren, Austin, Madelyn, Alyssa and Lauder; and his siblings, Robert Phelps of Baltimore, MD and Peggy Barry (Larry) of Aurora. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
