She is survived by: her spouse Janusz Kozina; her daughter Marta Goleba; her parent Stanislawa Goleba; her siblings, Beata Willy (David) and Malgorzata Figurski (Tomasz); and her godchild Angelika Fiedorowicz. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
