He was predeceased by: his child Paula Marie Santiago; and his sibling Ramona. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Mederos, John G. Ramos, Benito G. Ramos (Margarita), Roberta Lozano (Ruben) and Miguel Ramos; and his siblings, Jovita, Lucy, Frank Sr., Jesse Sr., Henry, Mary and Joe.
