It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Duckworth (Burbank, Illinois), who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his child Hatrick; his parents, William Duckworth and Diane Duckworth; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Leona Bembenek.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Autumn, Echo, Jersey and Zoe; his brothers, Ed Duckworth (Cindy) and Bill Duckworth (Mary); his sister-in-law Beth Grisolano (John); his nieces and nephews, Barry (Colleen), Mike, Tim (Alex), Kyle, Sammy, Max, Angie, Tony and Vince; and his great-nephews, Walter and Henry.
