He was predeceased by: his parent Jerome F. Arp Sr; and his brother Kevin Arp (Julie). He is survived by: his parent Mary Arp (Toner); his children, Ken III, Jerome III and Jeanne (Edward Tremmel); his grandson Ryan Tremmel; and his siblings, Margie Tansey (Tom), Daniel (Joanne), James (MarySue), Charles (Donna) and Brian (Wendy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
