He is survived by: his wife Mary Teresa Kuzel; his children, Teresa Ann Kuzel, Michael Kuzel (Charlene), Dennis Kuzel (Lisa) and Margaret Carroll (Patrick); his grandchildren, Robert Hooten (Jill), Jennifer Meyer (Michael), John Hooten (Kari), Christopher, Jacob, Samuel, Hannah Kuzel, Desmond, Lila Kuzel, Thomas and James Carroll; his great grandchildren, Owen, Lucas, Jackson Hooten, Emerson Meyer and Benjamin Glow; his siblings, Irv Kuzel (Della) and John Kuzel; and his sister-in-law Nancy Kuzel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
