He was predeceased by: his wife Joan F.; and his brothers, Jimmy and Patrick. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Darlene Smith (late Charles), Teresa Burke (Bill), Gerald Fogarty (Diane), Kimberly Fogarty (Eric Gardner) and Patrick Fogarty (Kimjennifer); his grandchildren, Trisha, Daniel, Katie, Brendan, Dylan, Julia, Catherine Grace, Bobby, Ryan, Keegan, Kyle and Maddison; and his sister Maureen.
