He is survived by : his spouse Guadalupe Dudkiewicz Salgado; his children, Mario Montenegro (Salina Payne) and Lissette Montenegro; his grandchildren, Jayden and Camden Montenegro; his parents, Dr. Alan Dudkiewicz and Joyce Dudkiewicz; his parents-in-law, Mario and Raquel Salgado; his sister Christine Chan (Richard); his niece Emily Chan; his aunts and uncles, Joanne Dudkiewicz, Richard Dudkiewicz, Francis Louis Rathke and Theodore Rathke; and his cousin Kathryn Dudkiewicz.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (7750 W Cermak Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (8000 Linder Ave, Burbank, IL 60459).
