She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Putala; her son Kenneth Putala; her granddaughter Michelle Anderson; her parents, Louise Kuderka and Louis Kuderka; and her siblings, Casmier Kuderka, John Kuderka (Eleanor), Edward Kuderka, Helen Jaltuch (Joseph), Felix Kuderka, Walter Kuderka (Margaret), Barbara Bruno (Tony) and Lottie Weber (Leroy).
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Wiora (John); and her grandchildren, Timothy Putala, Lynne Wiora, John Wiora (Jamie), Johnny and Leo Wiora. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like Masses said in Ann's name or donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
