She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydle James Mowrey and Mary Charlotte Mowrey (Baker); her former spouse William Emery; and her siblings, Donna Hoehn, James Leroy and Robert Eugene.

She is survived by: her spouse Gary Scoggins of Bunker Hill; her stepchildren, Tony Scoggins, Lisa Rhoads and Tammy Laughlin; her stepgrandchildren, Daniel Scoggins, Heather Scoggins, Crystal Rhoads, Nicole Pruitt, Jonathan Laughlin and Brandon Laughlin; and her siblings, Peggy Tate of Calimesa, Gary Mowrey (Berdie) of Oak Grove, Jerry Mowrey (Lisa) of Cuba and Larry Mowrey (Vicky) of Saint Louis.
