Bellman of Bunker Hill, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Emmons and Bulah M. Howland Emmons; her grandson Tristan Watkins; and her sister Linda S. Emmons. She is survived by: her children, April Emmons of Bunker Hill, IL and Philip Bellman of Bunker Hill, IL; her adoptive daughter Jessica Kline; her grandchildren, Gabrielle, J. T., Ryenne, Zoey, Mia, Korbyn, Aubree and Cameron; her brother Robert Emmons of Bunker Hill, IL; her nephew Jason Lankford; and her great-nieces, Madisen, Emilee and Lucy.
