She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Klein and Edna Klein (Calhoun); her husband Oran Earl Legate; and her siblings, Margaret, Edwin and Dale.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Legate of Godfrey, Debra (Joseph Bevenue), Terri (Andy Clothier) and David Legate; her siblings, Ruth Ann (Lee Woods), Emily (David Carroll), Bill (Carlene Klein), Richard Klein, Roy (Carolyn Klein), Jean (Gary Pinkard), Diane (Richard Sunblade) and Susie (Byron); and her grandchildren, Heather Rogers, Joseph Bevenue, Greg Clothier and Stevie Legate. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
