She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Skaggs. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Skaggs; her stepmothers, Edith Skaggs of St. Louis and Theodora Skaggs of St. Louis; her children, Kristina Gowin (Allen) of Bunker Hill and William "B. J." Gowin (Ashley) of Winfield, MO; her siblings, Phyllis Stadler of St. Louis and Edward Skaggs of St. Charles, MO; and her grandchildren, Juliene, Brandon and Emmy-Lou. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
