Glenn E. Scroggins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenn E. Scroggins of Bunker Hill, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Scroggins and Mabel Mercer Scroggins; his wife Carolyn Rose Hammontree Scroggins; his son Terry Scroggins; and his siblings, Leland Scroggins, David Scroggins, Paul Scroggins, Eugene Scroggins, Frank Scroggins, Evelyn Bloomfield, Violetta Loveless, Bernice Johnson and Winifred Gosch.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Scroggins of Bunker Hill, IL and Ronnie Scroggins (Barb Diestelhorst) of Bunker Hill, IL; his grandchildren, Anthony Scroggins (Toni), David Scroggins (Laura), Jesse Scroggins (Laura), Nicole Austill (Craig) and Jacob Scroggins (Stephanie); and his cousin Susan Racek. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kravanya Funeral Home (875 S Washington St, Bunker Hill, IL 62014). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
