He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Dewey and Anna Cecelia Stockinger; his wife Margaret Jo Leihy (Welch); his daughter Christine Mennemeier of Bethalto, IL; his grandsons, Donnie Mennemeier of West Alton, MO and Jacob Mennemeier of Bethalto, IL; and his sisters, Mary Ann Jackson of Los Angeles, CA and Helen Frances Opfer of Lees Summit, MO. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Adopt-A-Pet.
