He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williamson and Lois Williamson (Nevius); his daughter Carlene Williamson; and his sisters, Maxine Garrison, Donna Jane McMonigle, Roberta "Bert" Eberhart and Dorothy "Dot" Young.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie A. Williamson (Cheryl) of Bunker Hill, Robert K. Williamson (Robin Wright) of Brighton and David R. Williamson (Donna Sexton) of Wilsonville; and his sister Linda Mulligan of Cottage Hills.
