He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Welch and Opal Johnson Welch. He is survived by: his wife Carlene Welch of Bunker Hill, IL; his children, Darren Welch (Cindy) of Henderson, IL, Gina Corbin of Gillespie, IL and Donna Welch of Staunton, IL; his stepchildren, Rochelle Nance of Bunker Hill, IL and Mark Winchester (Jame) of Bunker Hill, IL; his grandchildren, Misty Fritz, Dustin Welch and Summer Johnson; and his sister Sharon Borgini (Joe) of Wilsonville, IL. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
