He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William C. "Dub" Allen, Jr. and Virginia "Jean" Mae Allen of Bunker Hill; and his siblings, Jackie, Roxann Parker of Ironton, Lonna Kahl of Bunker Hill, Marina Allen of St. Louis, Missouri, Jeffrey Allen of Arlington and William "Dubbie" Allen III of Bunker Hill, Illinois.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, and a ton of friends.
